- • As a Senior Sales Trader, you will be instrumental in supporting and growing both our OTC Spot and Derivatives desks. This hands-on role demands active client engagement, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to business development. You will be at the forefront of managing client flow, interacting with key counterparties, and contributing significantly to the desk's strategic direction and long-term growth trajectory.
- • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of trading activities, including actively managing client flow across spot and derivatives markets. This involves pricing trades accurately, executing them efficiently, and maintaining rigorous risk management practices. You will be expected to confidently take and manage client flow, ensuring discipline and meticulous attention to detail in all transactions.
- • A key aspect of this role is client engagement and business development. You will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs), institutional clients, and other market counterparties. This involves understanding their trading needs, providing tailored solutions, and actively participating in trading conversations to drive sales and foster new opportunities.
- • Strategic execution is paramount. You will contribute to defining the strategy, execution methodologies, and long-term growth plans for the OTC desk, particularly focusing on the options segment. This requires a deep understanding of market dynamics and the ability to translate market insights into actionable growth strategies.
- • Risk management is a critical component of our operations. You will contribute to robust risk management practices across spot, options, and other derivatives. This includes confidently managing client flow, pricing trades effectively, and maintaining a high level of discipline and attention to detail to mitigate potential risks.

🎯 Requirements
- • 8-10 years of trading experience, with at least 3 years focused on spot and derivatives trading within financial services, FX, or crypto.
- • Expert knowledge of Options Pricing, Execution, and managing client flow risk, with specific expertise in crypto-specific products and derivatives.
- • Proven ability in sales and client engagement, with a demonstrated track record of cultivating and expanding relationships with institutional and HNWI clients.
- • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including familiarity with financial modeling and the ability to develop and implement complex trading strategies.
- • In-depth experience with operational processes and safeguards, ensuring trade compliance, smooth execution, and effective risk management.
