- • As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, Channel at Vanta, you will maintain, optimize, and scale the Salesforce infrastructure to support channel partnerships, ensuring seamless integration with the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) tool to drive operational excellence, data integrity, and scalable partner operations.
- • You will design and build scalable solutions using declarative tools like Flows, validation rules, and approval processes; configure and optimize PRM portal experiences, partner account hierarchies, and deal registration processes; build and maintain accurate partner attribution and tracking systems; monitor and maintain data integrity for partner accounts and opportunities; manage platform releases and system performance improvements; troubleshoot Salesforce and channel tool issues; collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical solutions; and serve as a trusted stakeholder partner by communicating system capabilities, project progress, and trade-offs clearly and proactively.
- • Vanta’s Channel Operations team leverages technology to streamline partner business processes, improve cross-functional collaboration, and provide insights that power smarter partner operations, aiming to build a robust, scalable, and user-friendly Salesforce environment that supports the company’s growth through effective use of Salesforce and connected channel tools.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce administration, PRM platform management, and channel process automation while gaining exposure to high-impact partner attribution and performance tracking systems; you’ll have the opportunity to lead key system enhancement projects, influence GTM and Partnerships strategy through data-driven insights, and grow as a trusted technical advisor across functions.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with demonstrated expertise in declarative automation (Flows, Process Builder, validation rules, approval processes, etc.).
- • Hands-on experience managing Partner Relationship Management (PRM) portal solutions.
- • Preferred: Experience with Impartner platform and integrations.
- • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and channel process alignment.
- • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable Salesforce solutions.
- • Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party channel tools and maintaining system governance.
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- • Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills—able to translate technical concepts into clear business language and build trust across functions.
- • Salesforce Administrator certification preferred; Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder certifications a plus.
- • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
- • Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work—demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
