- • As a Senior Salesforce Business Consultant at Mindsquare AG, you will drive Salesforce projects from initial requirements analysis through to solution design and implementation, taking full ownership and delivering direct impact for clients.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading workshops and trainings, coordinating process optimizations with stakeholders, mentoring junior consultants, and shaping team culture through your expertise and leadership.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of five years of project experience as a Business Analyst or functional Consultant
- • Solid knowledge in at least one of the following Salesforce areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, or an Industry Cloud
- • Desirable: Familiarity with Consumer Goods Cloud
- • Proven experience in Requirements Engineering and Testmanagement
- • Ability to design and facilitate effective workshops and trainings with strong presentation skills
