📋 Description
- • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and platform-native capabilities to optimize business processes and user experience.
- • Architect and support end-to-end Lead-to-Cash lifecycle solutions including lead management, opportunity tracking, quoting, billing, revenue recognition, and renewals.
- • Design, develop, and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud (Advanced Revenue Management - ARM) implementations to improve operational efficiency and user adoption.
- • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external business systems such as NetSuite, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, and Sales Navigator using APIs, middleware, and iPaaS platforms like Workato.
- • Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce AI solutions including Agentforce, Data Cloud, AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations to enhance productivity, decision-making, and customer engagement.
- • Implement CI/CD best practices using SFDX, GitHub, VS Code, Gearset, or Copado to streamline development, testing, change management, and deployments while ensuring governance and audit readiness.
- • Drive Salesforce architecture standards, development best practices, and platform governance across the organization, advising stakeholders on scalable and compliant solutions.
- • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements including GDPR and SOX across all Salesforce environments.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- • Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help shape the long-term Salesforce platform strategy.
- • Maintain audit readiness for Salesforce environments subject to SOX controls, including rigorous change management and release governance processes.
- • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and solutions.
- • Explain Salesforce platform best practices, industry standards, and the tradeoffs of customizing beyond standard functionality to guide informed decision-making.
- • Apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges in high-velocity, cross-functional environments alongside Product and Engineering teams.
- • Hold and maintain an active Salesforce certification: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
🎯 Requirements
- • 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.
- • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management (ARM).
- • Proven experience integrating Salesforce with GTM systems (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) via APIs, middleware, or iPaaS platforms like Workato.
- • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools including SFDX, Git, VS Code, CI/CD pipelines, Gearset, or Copado.
- • Familiarity with SOX compliance requirements and audit-ready change management practices in Salesforce environments.
- • Active Salesforce certification: Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
