📋 Description

• • Senior Salesforce Developer role focused on building and enhancing scalable CRM solutions for Swile’s Customer Lifecycle Management team, directly impacting how internal business teams manage prospect and client lifecycles across France and Brazil.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and developing Salesforce solutions using APEX, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC; integrating Salesforce with internal/external systems via REST APIs; conducting testing (unit, integration, UAT); managing releases and upgrades; maintaining staging/production orgs; and contributing to backend development with Ruby on Rails and adjacent technical areas.
• • Part of a 13-person international CLM team operating across France and Brazil, collaborating closely with Business, Innovation, and Customer Care teams to cover the full CRM value chain through three pillars: Acquisition, Selling, and Customer Management.
