- • Senior Salesforce Developer role focused on building and enhancing scalable CRM solutions within the CLM team to support business efficiency and autonomy across prospect and client lifecycles.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and maintaining Salesforce applications using APEX, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC; integrating systems via REST APIs; conducting testing and release management; and contributing to backend development with Ruby on Rails.
- • The CLM team operates internationally across France and Brazil, collaborating closely with Business, Innovation, and Customer Care teams to deliver end-to-end CRM value chain solutions as part of Swile’s mission to reduce workplace friction through innovative fintech, travel, HR, and employee benefits platforms.
- • The role offers opportunities to grow technical ownership, influence cross-functional initiatives, develop leadership through mentoring and feedback, and deepen expertise in Salesforce architecture and enterprise-scale integration while aligning with Swile’s values of sustainability, diversity, and inclusion.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of relevant engineering experience, preferably in Salesforce development
- • Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including APEX, Visualforce, Aura, and LWC
- • Experience with REST API integration and system testing (unit, integration, UAT)
- • Familiarity with Ruby on Rails or strong interest in backend development beyond Salesforce
- • Ability to collaborate across teams, take ownership of end-to-end delivery, and think globally about business impact
