• • Senior Salesforce Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) Functional Consultant responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end revenue lifecycle processes on the Salesforce platform, directly impacting client revenue operations and financial accuracy.
• • Day-to-day activities include translating business requirements into scalable functional solutions, configuring Salesforce CPQ (pricing rules, product bundles, discounting, approvals), designing billing processes for invoicing and subscriptions, conducting stakeholder workshops with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams, identifying process gaps, driving automation, collaborating with technical teams on ERP and payment gateway integrations, defining test strategies, supporting release management, and mentoring junior consultants as a subject matter expert.
