• • Senior Scalability Engineer focused on observability platform development and engineering productivity at Capital Rx, Inc., a public benefit corporation delivering pharmacy benefit management solutions and health technology platforms.
• • Architect, implement, and maintain the LGTM stack (Loki, Grafana, Tempo, Mimir/Prometheus) as the primary observability platform; build internal products with React/TypeScript frontends and Python/Rust backends; develop high-performance log indexing systems using Rust; integrate SQL analytics via AWS Athena, DuckDB, or ClickHouse; create advanced query interfaces for logs, metrics, and traces; balance cloud-native and open-source tooling; integrate AWS CloudWatch; build intelligent alerting systems; partner with engineering teams to establish observability standards; drive platform adoption through workshops and documentation; mentor engineers and lead architecture reviews in an Agile/Scrum environment.
