- • The Senior Scheduling Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring patients are accurately scheduled and pre-registered for medical procedures, directly supporting the financial and operational health of healthcare providers served by Ensemble Health Partners.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include scheduling and pre-registering patients based on physician orders, selecting accurate medical records, providing patient instructions, maintaining a 95% quality rating, meeting productivity metrics, mentoring and training other schedulers, performing point-of-service collections, and offering financial counseling as needed.

- • In this role, the individual will develop expertise in healthcare scheduling and revenue cycle operations, gain mentorship experience, pursue HFMA CRCR certification, and contribute to process improvements using emerging technologies like AI, positioning them for advancement within Ensemble’s growth-focused culture.
🎯 Requirements
- • 1 to 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- • HFMA Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) or willingness to obtain within 9 months of employment
- • Willingness and ability to travel to client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require
- • Demonstrated openness to innovation, including exploring AI to improve processes and patient/client experiences
