📋 Description

• This role is open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe.
• The Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting through signed agreements, and helping prospective clients understand how the company's digital marketing solutions can support their business growth.
• The Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) will conduct discovery calls, qualify opportunities, negotiate proposals, maintain CRM records, and consistently close new business.
• This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives on building relationships, exceeding revenue goals, and owning the sales process end-to-end.
• The Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior SDR) will work closely with leadership, own the complete sales cycle, and play a significant role in helping businesses grow through innovative digital marketing solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or full-cycle sales.
• Proven experience consistently closing new business.
• Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
