- • Serve as a strategic prospector at the forefront of Redox’s new business growth, generating and qualifying pipeline that directly fuels the Account Executive team and drives net new ARR.
- • Conduct in-depth research on target accounts within the healthcare interoperability landscape to identify decision-makers and build multi-threaded outreach strategies that go beyond standard outbound sequences.
- • Act as the trusted first point of contact for prospects evaluating how Redox’s interoperability platform can transform their data workflows across EHRs, health tech vendors, providers, payers, and life sciences organizations.
- • Articulate the value proposition of the Redox Engine to both technical and business buyers, demonstrating deep understanding of healthcare data exchange challenges and solutions.
- • Partner closely with Technical Account Executives and Marketing teams to align outreach efforts with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and segment-specific strategies.
- • Leverage insights from 12,000+ connected systems and 100+ EHRs to tailor messaging and position Redox as the essential interoperability platform for complex healthcare data environments.
- • Track and optimize outreach performance by measuring success through qualified meetings created, pipeline contribution, and conversion to opportunity.
- • Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records to ensure visibility and alignment across sales and marketing functions.
- • Stay current on evolving healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and market trends to enhance credibility and relevance in prospect conversations.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging, content, and targeting based on feedback from prospect interactions and pipeline outcomes.
- • Proactively identify and prioritize high-potential accounts within Redox’s target segments to maximize efficiency and impact in outbound efforts.
- • Represent Redox professionally in all external communications, ensuring consistent brand voice and technical accuracy when engaging with healthcare technology stakeholders.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of SDR processes, tools, and playbooks based on real-world experience and performance data.
- • Support the scaling of Redox’s sales engine by mentoring junior SDRs and sharing best practices in healthcare-focused outbound sales.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or similar outbound sales role, preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology
- • Demonstrated ability to research complex enterprise accounts and build multi-threaded, personalized outreach strategies
- • Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability, EHR systems, or health data exchange standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR)
- • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft)
- • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical value to non-technical buyers
- • Self-motivated with a track record of exceeding pipeline and meeting quotas
