• • You will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the infrastructure that powers our suite of products, including IXL.com, Rosetta Stone, Wyzant, and Teachers Pay Teachers, directly contributing to the success of students and educators worldwide.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to take ownership of site performance, ensuring maximum uptime and seamless scalability to meet the demands of our rapidly growing user base.
• • You will collaborate closely with your team to gain deep expertise across a variety of production technology stacks, becoming a subject matter expert in the systems you manage.
• • A key aspect of the role involves developing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring dashboards, robust alerting systems, and clear, actionable runbook documentation tailored to each specific product.
• • You will proactively identify potential technical issues and devise effective, long-term solutions to prevent recurrence and enhance system stability.
• • Partnering with application engineering teams will be crucial; you will work collaboratively to understand their product roadmaps and requirements, translating these into scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.
• • You will be empowered to design and propose architectural changes that will significantly improve the scalability and resilience of our products, ensuring they can handle future growth and evolving user needs.
