- • This role, internally designated as Senior Account Strategist, LinkedIn Advertising, offers a unique chance to be on the ground floor of a rapidly expanding specialty agency. You will report directly to the Associate Director and play a crucial part in our social media team's success. We operate using a proprietary methodology called Customer Generation, which prioritizes tangible outcomes like Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and actual Customers over traditional metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- • As a Senior Social Media Advertising Strategist, you will work directly with our mid-market and enterprise clients, taking the lead in communicating campaign results, developing bespoke strategies, and executing high-impact Paid Media deliverables. This position is specifically designed for individuals who excel at creating and optimizing high-performing LinkedIn advertising strategies for B2B businesses, driving measurable business outcomes.
- • Your core responsibilities will include:
- • Overseeing and leading a portfolio of social media accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and optimal performance.
- • Serving as the primary point of contact and direct support for client stakeholders, fostering strong, trust-based relationships.
- • Collaborating closely with vendors and operational partners on a weekly basis to ensure seamless task alignment, uphold work quality standards, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- • Developing comprehensive, data-informed social media strategies for clients on a quarterly basis, tailored to their unique business objectives.
- • Expertly creating, managing, and optimizing budgets for paid media campaigns across various platforms, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
- • Providing fractional support for internal marketing initiatives to bolster the growth of our boutique agency.
- • Gaining a deep and nuanced understanding of each client's market positioning, competitive landscape, and unique value propositions to inform strategic decisions.
- • Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of lead routing processes within client CRM systems.
- • Maintaining high levels of personal productivity and utilization, contributing to overall team efficiency.
- • Working in close partnership with the Associate Director to ensure both internal agency goals and client objectives are consistently met and exceeded.
- • Developing a strong understanding of the value and application of Programmatic advertising campaigns within the broader media mix.
- • Proactively identifying and driving opportunities for cross-sells, upsells, and referrals through cultivated client relationships and your professional network.
- • Executing and meticulously optimizing advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including crafting compelling ad copywriting, developing sophisticated targeting strategies, and managing campaign elements to maximize Return on Investment (ROI).
- • Analyzing campaign performance data using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, and other analytics platforms to derive actionable insights and make data-driven optimization decisions.
- • Segmenting audiences effectively based on criteria such as tier, job title, and other relevant demographics to ensure precise targeting.
- • Translating complex strategic concepts and campaign performance data into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with clients and executive stakeholders.
