- • Senior Software Developer role focused on designing and building developer workflows, AI-powered tools, and internal platforms to improve software delivery speed and quality across the SDLC.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include developing scalable AI-powered workflows, identifying productivity bottlenecks through data and feedback, improving developer feedback loops, driving experimentation with new tools, and measuring impact using metrics like cycle time and deployment frequency.
- • Part of a dynamic, collaborative team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers working across Canada, the UK, and India to architect and deliver cutting-edge features for a platform used by leading global organizations.
- • Opportunity to influence technical direction, mentor teammates, champion developer experience, and grow expertise in AI-assisted development, platform engineering, and engineering productivity at a remote-first, growth-oriented company.
🎯 Requirements
- • Strong software engineering background (typically 5+ years)
- • Experience building internal tools, platforms, or developer-facing systems
- • Proficiency in at least one backend language (e.g., TypeScript, Python, Go, Java)
- • Experience with CI/CD systems, build tooling, and developer environments
- • Ability to work across teams and influence without direct authority
- • Strong communication skills—able to translate developer pain into actionable solutions
