- • Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for PointClickCare’s healthcare platform serving over 30,000 provider organizations.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build features that enhance care delivery using AI-driven tools integrated into daily workflows.
- • Leverage the company’s largest long-term and post-acute care dataset to inform architecture decisions and improve system performance.
- • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and post-launch support.
- • Contribute to the evolution of a platform with 400+ integrated partners, ensuring seamless interoperability and data accuracy.
- • Apply AI as a catalyst for productivity and decision-making, using company-provided AI tools to optimize code quality, automation, and system insights.
- • Engage in weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly in-office collaboration events at the Mississauga office as required by the hybrid work model.
- • Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and compliance within healthcare-specific regulatory environments.
- • Innovate within a founder-led, privately held organization that reinvests a significant percentage of revenue into research and development.

- • Partner with product, design, and data teams to translate business needs into technical solutions that improve provider efficiency and patient care.
- • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in software engineering, with access to ongoing training and development resources.
- • Help shape the future of healthcare technology by building systems that directly impact millions of lives across North America.

- • Experience as a Senior Software Engineer with a proven track record in building scalable, production-grade software systems
- • Must reside within commutable distance to the Mississauga office to meet hybrid work requirements
