- • Design and build key features across TypeScript, Kotlin, and Rust stacks; take ownership of end-to-end development, propose product improvements, and drive features from concept to launch with a strong product mindset and user-centric thinking.

🎯 Requirements
- • 10+ years of experience building complex, production-grade applications with deep expertise in backend development using Java, Kotlin, TypeScript, Python, or Rust
- • Strong computer science foundation with proven ability to apply modern software architecture and design principles in real-world, user-facing products
- • Product mindset: thinks beyond code, understands user needs, and proactively contributes ideas to improve the product
- • Strong sense of ownership: takes initiative, drives projects from concept to launch, and thrives with autonomy and accountability
- • Deep familiarity with AI assistants and the evolving AI landscape, able to translate AI trends into practical product improvements
- • Proven collaboration skills in fast-moving, cross-functional teams: communicates clearly, shares context, and supports shared goals
- • Passion for continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation; adapts quickly and pushes boundaries of what’s possible
- • Comfort working in dynamic, fast-changing environments, ideally with startup or early-stage experience where clarity must be created
