📋 Description
- • As a Senior Software Engineer at Forma Inc., you will build and ship high-quality products that transform how companies deliver employee benefits, directly impacting the experience of nearly a million users across industry-leading organizations like Stripe, Zoom, and Lululemon.
- • You will release new product features, maintain existing services, design secure and scalable backend APIs and database systems, and contribute to improving engineering standards and processes to ensure reliability and performance.
- • You will join a mission-driven engineering team at a fast-growing, award-winning company backed by top-tier investors, where innovation, ownership, and collaboration are valued in a remote-first environment.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in backend systems, API design, and scalable infrastructure on GCP and Kubernetes, while influencing product direction and engineering culture at a company recognized for excellence in workplace culture and software innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience working with Kotlin, NodeJS, or TypeScript and building APIs
- • Familiarity with NoSQL and/or relational databases
- • Experience with TypeScript/JavaScript or similar languages
- • Familiarity with agile methodologies and end-to-end project leadership
- • Experience at an early-stage startup is a plus
- • Fintech experience is a plus
