📋 Description

• Senior Software Engineer role focused on designing, developing, and delivering high-quality software features for NICE Actimize’s financial crime, risk, and compliance SaaS platform.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include owning end-to-end feature delivery, writing and testing code in Java, collaborating in Agile teams, reviewing designs and code, fixing bugs, ensuring scalability and performance, and providing L4 support for production issues.
• NICE Actimize is a global leader in financial crime prevention, serving 25,000+ businesses including 85 Fortune 100 companies, with over 8,500 employees across 30+ countries, known for innovation in AI, cloud, and digital solutions.
• You will gain deep expertise in building scalable, high-performance systems using Java, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, while expanding your knowledge in fraud detection domains and working in a truly international, distributed environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline (BE/BTech/MTech/MCA)
• 4–8 years of hands-on software development experience in Java (mandatory)
• Strong experience with Java, Scala, Linux, Maven, Git
• Database expertise in MS SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Cassandra
• Proven experience in Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and Programming (OOP)
• Experience with microservices architecture, Docker containers, and Kubernetes
• Ability to work in Agile teams with excellent English communication skills
• Self-driven with ownership, initiative, and passion for learning new technologies
• Proven experience in global, distributed team environments
