- • Design and implement AI-powered automations using generative AI, agent-based frameworks, and workflow orchestration technologies to enhance efficiency and reduce cost-to-serve in Actimize Professional Services.
- • Build and maintain secure integrations via APIs and MCP-style connectors across enterprise systems including CRM, project management tools, ticketing platforms, and document repositories.
- • Develop reusable automation components, agents, and scalable frameworks that can be deployed across Professional Services engagements and regional teams.
- • Ensure all AI automation solutions are production-ready, secure, compliant, and aligned with enterprise AI governance standards.
- • Gain deep understanding of Actimize Professional Services delivery models, implementation methodologies, and governance processes to identify high-impact automation opportunities.
- • Collaborate with PS stakeholders including Delivery Leads, Program Managers, Architects, and Managed Services teams to validate automation fit within existing workflows.
- • Embed AI solutions directly into standard Professional Services processes rather than creating parallel or siloed systems.
- • Execute AI automation initiatives based on prioritized ROI targets and cost optimization directives from AI Champions and leadership.
- • Define and track success metrics for automations such as effort reduction, cycle time savings, and quality improvements.
- • Report realized benefits to stakeholders and continuously optimize automation performance to maximize value delivery.
- • Provide technical feasibility assessments and effort estimates to support prioritization of automation initiatives.
- • Package successful automations into scalable Professional Services assets, playbooks, and reusable tools for broad adoption.
- • Support rollout and adoption of AI automations through documentation, onboarding guidance, and best practice dissemination.
- • Partner with enterprise AI, security, and architecture teams to ensure responsible, compliant, and secure use of AI technologies.
- • Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and the maturation of AI capabilities within the Professional Services organization.
🎯 Requirements
- • 4+ years of experience in automation, systems integration, or software engineering roles.
- • Hands-on experience designing AI-enabled solutions using generative AI, agents, and workflow automation.
- • Strong experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs and event-based architectures.
- • Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- • Experience working within professional services, consulting, or delivery organizations is strongly preferred.
