- • Senior Software Engineer role focused on AI experiment tracking for Red Hat OpenShift AI, contributing to the development of a hybrid cloud MLOps platform that enables enterprise customers to accelerate business success using AI.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and releasing new features for MLFlow on Red Hat OpenShift AI, participating in upstream open-source communities like Kubeflow and MLFlow, ensuring security, performance, and maintainability, leading testing and CI/CD best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring engineers, and representing the team at external events.
- • Part of the Red Hat OpenShift AI (RHOAI) team, a rapidly growing engineering group building an open-source AI platform powered by hybrid cloud, with a strong emphasis on open-source innovation, community collaboration, and continuous learning.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 4 years of experience developing applications in Go or Python, or another programming language
- • Strong experience with AI experiment tracking tools such as MLFlow, Weights and Biases, or ClearML
- • Strong experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, or other cloud-native technologies
- • Proven ability to design and implement robust automated testing strategies and guide others in adopting strong testing, CI/CD, and quality practices
- • Ability to quickly learn and guide others on using new tools and technologies, including AI-assisted development tools
- • Experience with source code management tools such as Git
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
