• • Senior Software Engineer (Builders) role focused on designing, building, and operating scalable back-end systems that power AI agent and workflow builders at Relevance AI, a company empowering teams to delegate meaningful work to AI agents.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include owning mission-critical services and infrastructure, pushing the boundaries of applied AI through new agent capabilities and workflow orchestration, mentoring engineers, setting high standards for code quality and performance, and collaborating with product, design, and leadership to align technical direction with business outcomes.
• • Part of the Builders team in Sydney, working within a fast-paced, high-growth startup backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Insight Partners, Peak XV, and King River Capital, with a mission to build the home of the AI workforce and already serving industry leaders like Canva, Databricks, and Activision Blizzard.
