• • As a key member of our San Mateo, CA headquarters team, you will contribute to the core of our technological operations. The position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for a balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, with a standard Monday-Friday work week.
• • Your primary responsibilities will involve mastering diverse production technology stacks, taking ownership of site performance, ensuring unwavering uptime, and driving scalability initiatives. You will be at the forefront of developing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring dashboards, sophisticated alerting systems, and clear, actionable runbook documentation tailored to each product's unique requirements.
