📋 Description
- • As a Senior Software Engineer for the Feature Store product at Redis, you will drive the technical vision and execution of a platform that enables fast, reliable machine learning infrastructure for enterprise clients including major banks and global organizations.
- • You will own architectural decisions, define engineering standards, and lead the development of the next-generation feature store focused on scalability, low-latency serving, and production-grade reliability.
- • You will partner with product and leadership to shape the technical roadmap by translating customer needs and market trends into actionable engineering priorities.
- • You will engage directly with strategic customers to understand their requirements, advocate for modern engineering practices, and promote adoption of AI-assisted development, observability, and infrastructure automation.
- • You will work within a collaborative, innovative team at Redis, a company dedicated to building the fastest technology powering real-time applications worldwide, with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunity.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of experience in backend/infrastructure engineering with expertise in large-scale distributed systems
- • Deep experience with ML infrastructure, data platforms, or feature engineering systems at scale
- • Expertise in Python, Go, and Rust
- • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and modern data infrastructure (Kafka, Flink, Redis, Spark, or similar)
- • Experience working with enterprise customers, particularly in regulated industries like financial services
- • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
