- • Senior Software Engineer, JavaScript/TypeScript (Remote) – Build and maintain scalable full-stack systems powering Bjak’s mission to deliver affordable financial services across ASEAN.
- • Develop high-quality backend systems using NodeJS and frontend applications with ReactJS/NextJS, ensuring production stability and resolving critical issues promptly.
- • Analyze and optimize existing code, support cross-functional teams with change requests, mentor junior developers, and conduct code reviews to uphold quality.
- • Join a mission-driven team at Bjak, Southeast Asia’s largest insurance portal, where technology enables financial inclusion through custom APIs, trading systems, and data-driven solutions.
- • Grow technically and professionally by tackling complex challenges, improving system performance, and contributing to a culture of engineering excellence and innovation.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field with strong foundation in algorithms and data structures
- • Over 3 years of full-time experience in software engineering
- • Proficient in backend technologies: NodeJS, NestJS, ExpressJS, GraphQL, and Postman
- • Proficient in frontend technologies: ReactJS, NextJS, and Styled-components
- • Experienced in database management: MongoDB and MySQL
- • Familiar with automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, and Puppeteer
