- • Design and develop scalable integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms in a cloud-based SaaS ecosystem.
- • Build and maintain backend services using .NET, C#, Node.js, Python, and Django.
- • Write clean, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code that ensures reliability and long-term maintainability of integration systems.
- • Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical designs for new features and system improvements.
- • Review peers’ code and provide constructive feedback to uphold engineering standards and code quality.
- • Mentor junior engineers and promote knowledge sharing across the distributed engineering team.
- • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues affecting data flows and system integrations.
- • Apply risk-based technical decision-making throughout the software development lifecycle.
- • Ensure comprehensive automated testing is implemented across all levels of the test pyramid, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- • Create and maintain technical documentation for integration workflows, APIs, and system architectures.
- • Communicate technical solutions effectively through written and verbal presentations to cross-functional teams.
- • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams in a globally distributed environment to align on priorities and delivery timelines.
- • Work with authentication and identity standards such as OAuth and SAML to secure integration endpoints.
- • Design and consume REST APIs to enable seamless communication between internal systems and third-party platforms.
- • Utilize SQL Server for data storage, querying, and optimization in backend services.
- • Employ API testing tools such as Postman to validate integration behavior and response accuracy.
- • Operate within AWS cloud environments, applying cloud best practices for scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- • Work in a fully remote, international team setting with asynchronous collaboration and clear communication protocols.
- • Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tooling, and development workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of Software Engineering experience focused on backend development and integrations
- • Strong experience with .NET and C#
- • Solid experience with Node.js, Python, and Django
- • Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS applications
- • Strong knowledge of AWS services and cloud best practices
- • Experience with authentication and identity standards such as OAuth and SAML
