• • As a Senior Software Engineer in Product Engineering at Ashby, you will own end-to-end development of key product features, combining engineering with product and design responsibilities to solve complex customer problems in the Talent Acquisition space.
• • Day to day, you will research customer needs, write product specs, create wireframes, implement features across the full stack (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres), collaborate with stakeholders, and ship impactful improvements that enhance user experience and system leverage.
