- • Design, build, and deploy scalable distributed software components and security controls integrated into Crusoe’s CI/CD pipelines to automate security risk remediation and prevention.
- • Engineer and maintain robust Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Secrets Management solutions to secure infrastructure, identities, and sensitive configurations at enterprise scale.
- • Develop data pipelines and control integrations to collect, normalize, and manage security telemetry from IAM systems, log streams, and vulnerability scanners across distributed environments.
- • Build metrics engines and real-time dashboards that provide continuous visibility into technical risk posture and emerging infrastructure threats.
- • Take end-to-end ownership of security systems, including detailed software design, development, testing, and deployment via automated pipelines to ensure high availability and operational reliability.
- • Collaborate directly with platform engineering and security domain experts to translate technical security requirements into durable, production-grade infrastructure solutions.
- • Champion engineering excellence through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, comprehensive technical documentation, and proactive operational monitoring.
- • Tackle complex security and compliance challenges at scale within cloud-native and distributed infrastructure environments.
- • Contribute to the design and evolution of Crusoe’s core security assurance pipelines with autonomy, innovation, and full engineering ownership.
- • Operate within major public cloud environments (AWS or GCP) to implement and manage security controls for production systems.
- • Apply Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices and modern CI/CD tooling to automate security infrastructure provisioning and updates.
- • Contribute to technical architectures involving structured data flows, event-driven systems, access control models, and third-party API integrations.
- • Maintain and enhance foundational platform security tools such as PKI infrastructure and Secrets Managers (e.g., HashiCorp Vault).
- • Debug and troubleshoot systems-level issues in public cloud networks with strong analytical and operational discipline.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of professional software development experience with hands-on production experience in Go
- • 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters in production
- • Strong experience building high-QPS, critical distributed software applications or microservices
- • Strong hands-on experience operating within AWS or GCP cloud environments
- • Active, hands-on familiarity with modern CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools
- • Strong experience contributing to technical architectures involving structured data flows, event-driven systems, access control models, and third-party API integrations
