📋 Description
- • Senior Software Test Engineer specializing in payroll calculation engines, responsible for validating the accuracy, robustness, and regulatory correctness of payroll systems used at scale across multiple jurisdictions.
- • Design, implement, and execute test strategies for payroll calculation engines, including gross-to-net and net-to-gross calculations, taxes, social security, pensions, statutory deductions, credits, benefits, allowances, reimbursements, proration, retro-pay, corrections, and off-cycle payroll.
- • Work closely with product management, payroll domain experts, and engineering teams to ensure payroll calculations are correct, compliant, and resilient; act as a quality advocate for payroll correctness across the development lifecycle.

- • Deep specialization in payroll calculation engines

- • Ability to validate payroll logic across multiple countries and regulatory edge cases
- • Experience collaborating with engineers, product managers, and compliance teams to resolve calculation defects
