Full Job Description
đź“‹ Description
- • Architect the future of contract lifecycle management (CLM) for Fortune 1000 and public-sector clients by leading end-to-end solution design on Agiloft’s award-winning, no-code Data-first Agreement Platform (DAP). You will translate complex business and legal requirements into elegant, scalable configurations that unlock millions in value through faster deal cycles, risk reduction, and data-driven decision-making.
- • Own the entire solution blueprint—from initial discovery workshops through go-live—by capturing, analyzing, and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements. You will produce comprehensive design documents, data-flow diagrams, and implementation roadmaps that serve as the single source of truth for internal delivery teams and external system-integrator partners.
- • Drive technical excellence and consistency across implementations by establishing architectural standards, reusable design patterns, and best-practice playbooks. Your leadership ensures every deployment is clean, maintainable, and extensible, capable of evolving with the customer’s growing contract volumes, regulatory changes, and strategic pivots.
- • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for clients and partners, translating complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions. Whether it’s integrating with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or a bespoke ERP, you will design secure, high-performance interfaces that liberate contract data and power downstream analytics.
- • Mentor junior Solution Architects and Implementation Consultants through pair-design sessions, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing workshops. Your constructive feedback and growth-oriented coaching elevate team capabilities and reinforce Agiloft’s reputation for flawless delivery.
- • Champion continuous product innovation by funneling real-world insights back to Product Management and Engineering. Your field observations directly influence the roadmap, ensuring Agiloft stays ahead of market demands for AI-driven clause extraction, advanced analytics, and autonomous contracting workflows.
- • Deliver executive-level presentations and hands-on training that accelerate user adoption and maximize ROI. You will craft tailored enablement curricula, run train-the-trainer sessions, and author concise, jargon-free documentation that empowers legal, procurement, and sales teams to own their system post-go-live.
- • Collaborate with a global, remote-first team that values transparency, curiosity, and healthy debate. You will participate in fortnightly architecture guilds, contribute to internal wikis, and lead quarterly hackathons focused on process automation and customer success innovations.
- • Approximately 10% travel for on-site discovery, executive workshops, and strategic QBRs—typically concentrated in EMEA but occasionally extending to North America and APAC—ensuring you build the deep, trust-based relationships that underpin long-term account expansion and 97% customer renewal rates.
- • Contribute to Agiloft’s culture of inclusion and continuous learning by joining Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), mentoring colleagues from underrepresented backgrounds, and spearheading community-of-practice events that keep our collective expertise at the cutting edge of LegalTech.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- • 4–8 years of hands-on experience as a Solution Architect implementing SaaS platforms, with at least one year in LegalTech, CLM, or adjacent enterprise software (Salesforce, Dynamics, CPQ, S2P).
- • Proven track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical designs, including data modeling, workflow orchestration, and API integrations.
- • Exceptional communication, presentation, and technical writing skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- • Growth mindset with demonstrated leadership and mentorship capabilities; willingness to contribute beyond core responsibilities to advance company success.
🏖️ Benefits
- • Fully remote-first culture with flexible working hours and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day to recharge.
- • Floating holidays and generous PTO policy that supports true work-life balance and global travel.
- • Access to Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and a vibrant, inclusive community where 100% of new customers report satisfaction with their initial implementations.
