📋 Description

• Senior Solution Consultant – Post-Sales, Platform at Socure Inc. drives successful onboarding and measurable outcomes for clients using Socure’s AI-powered identity verification and fraud prevention platform, RiskOS, ensuring clients unlock the full potential of predictive models and automated decisioning workflows.
• Day to day, and refines best practices for scalable, high-impact implementations.
• Leads AI-driven onboarding by configuring Socure’s intelligent decisioning engines, ML model outputs, and automated workflows to align with client risk and identity strategies, guiding integration of AI-powered signals into existing tech stacks to deliver immediate value.
• Partners with clients to analyze acceptance rates, false positive/negative trends, and model performance data to fine-tune configurations, improve identity pass rates, reduce fraud exposure, and drive operational efficiency through data-informed recommendations.
• Helps clients design and implement automated decisioning flows that reduce manual review, accelerate approvals, and scale intelligently, configuring rules engines, thresholds, and AI-assisted workflows to replace repetitive processes with intelligent automation.
• Diagnoses and resolves technical issues during deployment, focusing on data pipeline integrity, API performance, and AI model response handling, serving as a knowledgeable resource for complex integration scenarios and escalating strategically when needed.
• Delivers engaging training sessions to help client teams understand not just how to use Socure’s platform but why the AI works, building confidence and internal champions, and contributes to enablement resources, playbooks, and documentation reflecting current best practices in AI-powered identity verification.
• Acts as a feedback loop between clients and Socure’s Product and Engineering teams, translating real-world deployment learnings into actionable product insights, and works closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Data Science to ensure clients realize measurable ROI from Socure’s AI capabilities.

• In this role, you will develop deep expertise in AI-powered identity verification, gain hands-on experience with ML model outputs and automated decisioning systems, sharpen your technical consulting and client-facing skills, and become a trusted advisor who translates technical sophistication into tangible business value while contributing to product evolution through real-world feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of identity or fraud related experience in technical implementation, solution consulting or support engineering — preferably in SaaS, AI/ML platforms, or data-driven technology
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, automated decisioning systems, or data analytics — you don't need to build models, but you should be excited to work closely with their outputs
• Strong working knowledge of APIs, data integration patterns, and web-based platforms; comfortable translating technical concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
• A data-curious mindset — you look at performance metrics and ask 'what can we improve?' rather than 'what does this mean?'
• Ability to manage multiple client workstreams with structure, clarity, and a bias toward proactive communication
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technical, analytical, or related field
