  • • In this critical role, you will serve as the primary technical advisor for RiskOS, Socure's powerful no-code decisioning platform. You will partner closely with clients across a diverse range of digital industries, helping them to significantly reduce fraud, optimize their operational efficiency, and accelerate their business growth. Your expertise will be invaluable from the initial stages of client engagement through to successful implementation and ongoing strategic adoption. You will be instrumental in translating the sophisticated capabilities of RiskOS into tangible, real-world business impact for our customers.
  • • RiskOS is the cornerstone of our platform, acting as an intelligent orchestration layer that seamlessly fuses identity verification, comprehensive fraud signals, and advanced analytics. This no-code solution empowers our clients' teams to rapidly test, configure, and deploy sophisticated policies without requiring extensive engineering resources. By streamlining these processes, RiskOS dramatically accelerates fraud prevention efforts and optimizes customer approval workflows, leading to improved customer acquisition and reduced risk exposure.
  • • Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of pre-sales activities and strategic client engagement:
  • • Serve as the lead technical expert and trusted advisor throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial discovery calls to the final stages of closing deals.
  • • Collaborate intimately with the Sales team to craft and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of the RiskOS platform, effectively aligning its features and functionalities with specific customer business objectives and pain points.
  • • Design, architect, and lead impactful Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) that vividly showcase the real-time orchestration capabilities of RiskOS and demonstrate its ability to solve unique client challenges.
  • • Develop and customize sophisticated fraud and identity workflows, leveraging client-specific data, business rules, and contextual information to create tailored solutions.
  • • Act as a crucial liaison between our clients and Socure's Product and Engineering teams, providing invaluable feedback on customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to help shape the future roadmap of RiskOS.
  • • Contribute to Socure's go-to-market strategy by developing and participating in various initiatives, such as authoring whitepapers, hosting webinars, and creating detailed solution briefs.
  • • Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your expertise and best practices in solution consulting and design.
  • • Lead key solution design initiatives, ensuring that Socure's platform is positioned and implemented to deliver maximum value and strategic advantage to our clients.
  • • Deeply understand client business processes and technical environments to effectively map Socure's solutions to their unique requirements.
  • • Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts by understanding evolving client needs and demonstrating the value of additional Socure capabilities.
  • • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in identity verification, fraud prevention, and risk management technologies to maintain a leading edge in client consultations.
  • • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key technical and business stakeholders at client organizations.
  • • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and persuasive language understandable to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Ensure a smooth handover of client engagements to the implementation and customer success teams, providing comprehensive documentation and context.
  • • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Socure's pre-sales processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • • Champion the value proposition of Socure and the RiskOS platform in every client interaction, fostering trust and driving adoption.
  • • Analyze client data and requirements to propose innovative and effective solutions that address their most pressing identity and fraud challenges.
  • • Effectively manage multiple concurrent client engagements and prioritize tasks to meet demanding deadlines in a dynamic sales environment.
  • • Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and articulate Socure's unique differentiators.
  • • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent Socure and expand your professional network.
  • • Drive technical validation and ensure the successful integration of Socure's solutions within client technology stacks.
  • • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented approach, working effectively across internal teams and with external clients to achieve shared goals.
