• • As a Senior Solution Consultant in Pre-Sales (Platform) at Socure, you will serve as the technical voice in high-stakes sales conversations, owning the end-to-end technical narrative from discovery through signed contract and beyond, ensuring that decisioning workflows are not just designed but built, tested, and ready for production before deal closure.
• • Day to day, you will lead discovery calls with enterprise clients like Fortune 100 banks, translate business needs into technical solution designs, negotiate integration architectures (REST vs. SDK, sync vs. async), demo Socure’s no-code RiskOS platform to mixed audiences ranging from VPs of Fraud to staff engineers, co-author mutual action plans with Account Executives, escalate customer requirements to Product and Engineering teams, and configure live decisioning workflows inside the platform — including setting thresholds, wiring reason codes, defining fallbacks, and shipping production-ready logic.
