📋 Description

• As a Senior Solution Deployment Strategist at UiPath, you will serve as an embedded expert in the loan origination vertical, bridging sales, customer success, and domain expertise to drive adoption of UiPath’s automation solutions across the lending lifecycle.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading discovery conversations with prospective lending customers to uncover workflow pain points and identify automation opportunities, delivering tailored product demonstrations focused on lending-specific use cases from application to close, and driving post-sale adoption by embedding with customer teams to define best practices, team structure, roles, responsibilities, and governance.
• You will act as a trusted ongoing commercial partner, identifying expansion opportunities and surfacing renewal risks early, while serving as a critical feedback loop between customers and the product team to translate field insights into actionable product improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in lending operations, mortgage technology, or financial services customer-facing roles (sales, CS, implementation, or advisory)
• Deep fluency in lending vocabulary, including LOS workflows, application intake, QC processes, and the roles of underwriters, processors, and closing teams
• Demonstrated ability to run structured discovery and translate findings into a compelling solution narrative
• Experience demoing software or technology solutions to financial services audiences
• Strong executive presence and the ability to engage both operational staff and C-suite stakeholders across banks and credit unions
