  • • Serve as the technical linchpin in every enterprise deal cycle, orchestrating discovery workshops that surface the real pain points behind ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ESM initiatives. You will map legacy processes to Freshworks’ AI-first platform, translating “wish lists” into phased, ROI-driven roadmaps that executives can champion and teams can adopt.
  • • Craft and deliver high-impact demonstrations that feel less like product tours and more like personalized success stories. Using live data, sandbox environments, and customer-specific use cases, you will showcase how Freshworks automates repetitive tasks, predicts incidents, and elevates employee satisfaction—turning skeptics into advocates in 60 minutes or less.
  • • Co-author business cases with Sales and Customer Success that quantify hard savings (license consolidation, MTTR reduction, asset-utilization gains) and soft wins (employee NPS, change-adoption velocity). Your financial models and benchmark data will secure executive sign-off and set clear success metrics for post-sale delivery.
  • • Act as the customer’s voice inside Freshworks—distilling field feedback into crisp product requirements that Engineering, Product, and UX teams can act on. You will champion feature gaps, influence roadmap prioritization, and beta-test new AI capabilities before they reach general availability.
  • • Build a center-of-excellence playbook for mid-market and enterprise prospects: reusable demo scripts, competitive battle cards, ROI calculators, and migration checklists. By templating your best discoveries, you will shorten ramp-up time for new hires and scale presales expertise across the region.
  • • Lead proof-of-concept (POC) engagements end-to-end—from scoping success criteria in week one to presenting findings to CIOs in week four. You will configure integrations (SCCM, ServiceNow, Jira, Azure AD), simulate load, and document security posture so customers leave the POC confident in production readiness.
  • • Mentor junior Solution Engineers through shadowing, call reviews, and certification paths. Your coaching will elevate the entire team’s demo quality, objection-handling finesse, and storytelling ability, directly impacting win rates and deal velocity.
  • • Stay ahead of the curve on AI/ML trends, ITIL 4 practices, and zero-trust security frameworks. You will host quarterly “lunch-and-learn” sessions for customers and internal teams, positioning Freshworks as a thought leader and ensuring our narrative evolves faster than the market.
  • • Travel up to 30% across North America for onsite workshops, executive briefings, and industry events. Whether you’re white-boarding in a Seattle high-rise or presenting at a New York user group, you will embody Freshworks’ values of empathy, simplicity, and customer delight.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of presales, solution consulting, or implementation experience with enterprise SaaS platforms—ideally in ITSM, ESM, or adjacent service-management domains
  • • Demonstrated ability to run discovery sessions that uncover measurable business outcomes and map them to technical capabilities
  • • Hands-on expertise integrating cloud solutions with enterprise directories, asset-discovery tools, and ticketing ecosystems (REST APIs, webhooks, SSO, SAML)
  • • Excellent storytelling and presentation skills: you can adapt technical depth to audiences ranging from service-desk agents to C-suite executives
  • • Nice-to-have: ITIL 4 Foundation certification, working knowledge of AI/ML concepts in service management, and prior success selling into mid-market or Fortune 1000 accounts
