- • As a Senior Solution Engineer in Western Canada, you will be a critical technical advisor helping large enterprises achieve visibility and control over complex IT environments through Tanium’s enterprise operations and security platform.
- • You will work directly with sales teams from discovery to deal close, leading technical discussions, delivering platform demos, and driving Proof of Value engagements that translate customer business challenges into tailored technical solutions.
- • You will partner with field engineering, product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure technical effectiveness and alignment with strategic account goals across the customer lifecycle.
- • You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, speak at regional events, enable sales and channel teams through training, and travel 25-50% to engage with prospects and customers in person across Western Canada.
- • You will operate as a keystone in Tanium’s sales model, continuously improving sales effectiveness by bridging technical expertise with business outcomes for C-level stakeholders and technology users alike.
🎯 Requirements
- • 6+ years of operational and/or selling experience in endpoint operations or security
- • 4+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions
- • Significant software pre-sales or value-based technical selling expertise in very large enterprise environments
- • Experience presenting at multiple levels, from C-Suite to solution users
- • Broad knowledge of IT security, operations, and compliance space and products
- • Deep hands-on experience in one or more: Endpoint Security, IT Operations Management, or Regulatory Compliance
- • BS degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
