📋 Description

• • As a Senior Solutions Architect at Workato, you will enable clients to become proficient on Workato’s Agentic Platform, empowering their employees and building AI Agent solutions for their business, directly contributing to customer success and platform adoption.
• • Day to day, you will collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs, conduct discovery sessions on EDI infrastructure and data flows, translate business requirements into scalable solutions, deliver tailored product demonstrations, lead technical responses to RFPs/RFIs, design integration architectures, and serve as the primary technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
