- • As a Senior Solutions Architect specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Operations, you will be instrumental in designing, configuring, and deploying enterprise-grade solutions that are pivotal to digitizing and scaling M-KOPA's warehouse and finance operations across Africa.
- • This role offers a unique opportunity to drive significant organizational value by taking ownership of the hands-on configuration and ongoing optimization of D365 for Finance and Operations, with a strategic emphasis on Supply Chain Management modules.
- • You will collaborate closely with the Senior Product Manager for Inventory and a talented, cross-functional team comprising engineers, warehouse operations managers, finance managers, and business stakeholders spread across multiple countries, fostering a truly global and integrated approach.
- • Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire lifecycle of D365 F&O implementations, from the initial stages of detailed requirements gathering through to comprehensive post-go-live support, ensuring seamless transitions and sustained operational excellence.
- • You will be tasked with architecting and configuring critical Supply Chain Management modules, including but not limited to warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, procurement processes, and manufacturing operations, ensuring they meet the complex demands of our growing business.
- • Concurrently, you will architect and refine the Finance modules, focusing on areas such as landed cost management, invoicing workflows, tax compliance across diverse jurisdictions, and robust financial reporting capabilities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.
- • A key aspect of this role involves driving the digital transformation of our operational landscape through strategic D365 optimization and the implementation of innovative automation initiatives, enhancing efficiency and reducing manual effort.
- • You will serve as the go-to Dynamics 365 expert within the organization, providing invaluable guidance and advisory services to various teams on optimal platform utilization, best practices, and effective integration strategies with other systems.
- • Your role will necessitate close collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers to meticulously translate complex business requirements into actionable and effective technical solutions, bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities.
- • You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory management systems not only function efficiently but also meet stringent financial and audit compliance requirements through meticulous and proper system configuration.
- • Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs and ongoing support to end-users across warehouse operations, finance departments, and other relevant business units, empowering them to leverage D365 effectively.
- • This is a fully remote position, reporting to the Head of Engineering - Acquisition Sales, and requires you to be available to work within the UTC -1 through UTC+3 time zones, facilitating effective collaboration with our distributed teams.
- • While direct coding is not a requirement, we are seeking individuals with a proactive growth mindset who are curious and eager to learn software development fundamentals.
