- • As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Hatch, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement, serving as the pivotal technical and product expert throughout the sales cycle. Your primary mission will be to guide prospective mid-market and enterprise clients through a comprehensive understanding of their needs, translating complex business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions powered by Hatch's cutting-edge AI platform.
- • You will lead in-depth discovery sessions, meticulously analyzing customer workflows, data architectures, and strategic objectives. This deep understanding will form the foundation for designing tailored solutions, ensuring that Hatch's capabilities are precisely aligned with and effectively address the unique requirements of each client.
- • A key aspect of your role involves close collaboration with our Product and Engineering teams. You will act as a crucial conduit, providing structured, data-driven insights from customer interactions to influence and shape the future development of our platform. This includes contributing to the design of solution architectures, integration strategies, and new features that enhance platform adoption, scalability, and overall customer success.
- • You will be hands-on in demonstrating the power of Hatch's AI platform through compelling demos, designing and executing Proofs of Concept (POCs), managing trial periods, and meticulously planning implementation phases. Your ability to showcase tangible value and technical feasibility will be paramount.
- • A significant part of your contribution will involve building and analyzing custom reports and dashboards. Utilizing tools such as Google Sheets, various Business Intelligence (BI) platforms, or SQL, you will surface critical performance metrics, demonstrate Return on Investment (ROI), and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization and expansion of customer use cases.
