- • As a Senior Solutions Consultant – Agentic MCP Specialist at Workato, you will own the technical win strategy for agentic AI and Model Context Protocol (MCP) across strategic enterprise opportunities, driving measurable revenue impact and influencing deal outcomes by partnering with enterprise customers and field sales teams throughout the full sales cycle.
- • You will act as the primary technical advisor and evangelist for Workato’s Agentic and MCP capabilities, leading technical discovery sessions and architecture workshops to translate business challenges into scalable MCP-based solutions, while guiding customers from initial discovery through solution design and proof-of-concept delivery.
- • You will partner with Account Executives and Solutions Consulting teams to deliver compelling demos, RFP responses, and value-based narratives, and enable customers and partners to build, deploy, and operationalize MCP integrations through hands-on guidance, reference architectures, and best practice frameworks.
- • You will serve as a feedback conduit between field engagements and Product and Engineering teams, surfacing customer-driven insights to shape the MCP product roadmap, and contribute to the broader Solutions Consulting community by developing reusable assets, playbooks, and enablement content around agentic AI and MCP use cases.
- • You will stay at the forefront of the agentic AI ecosystem — including LLM frameworks, tool-calling standards, and enterprise AI governance — to position Workato as the platform of choice for intelligent automation, working within a flexible, trust-oriented culture that values innovation, teamwork, and ownership.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in a Presales, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Consulting role within an enterprise SaaS or AI platform environment
- • Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI/ML ecosystems, LLM-based architectures, and agentic frameworks (e.g. LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI, Anthropic, function calling, or equivalent)
- • Solid understanding of Model Context Protocol (MCP) standards and practical experience designing tool calling architectures or protocol-driven AI integrations
- • Proven track record of delivering complex technical evaluations (POCs/POVs) with measurable business outcomes in enterprise sales cycles
- • Experience with iPaaS, API management, or workflow automation platforms; familiarity with Workato is a strong advantage
- • Working knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and compliance considerations relevant to AI and data integration deployments
- • Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business value narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Strong executive presence with confidence presenting to C-suite stakeholders, delivering workshops, and representing Workato at industry events and conferences
- • Collaborative by nature, with the ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Product, and Customer Success without formal authority
- • Intellectually curious and self-directed, with a passion for staying ahead of rapidly evolving AI and automation trends
