- • As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Workato, you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical expertise with business value, helping enterprise clients envision and implement transformative automation solutions using Workato’s AI-powered platform.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical discovery workshops, designing and delivering custom product demonstrations, architecting solutions using Workato’s integration and automation capabilities, and collaborating with sales, professional services, and product teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
- • You will partner closely with Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Customer Success to ensure seamless transitions from pre-sales to implementation, while gathering field insights to inform product roadmap decisions.
- • Working within Workato’s global, innovation-driven culture, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in enterprise integration, influence product direction, and grow as a trusted advisor shaping how organizations leverage automation and AI agents at scale.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years of pre-sales experience in a SaaS organization
- • Strong background in enterprise integration and automation across multiple industries
- • Hands-on experience with APIs, web services, middleware, cloud platforms (iPaaS/SaaS), and integration patterns
- • Experience developing customer-specific value propositions and technical roadmaps
- • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- • Ability to travel as needed and work flexible hours across the EMEA region
