- • As a Senior Solutions Consultant (German Speaking) at Braze in Berlin, you will serve as a technical storyteller bridging technology and creativity to help world-class brands understand how Braze’s customer engagement platform drives real business value during the sales process.
- • You will partner closely with the sales team to advise marketers, engineers, and executives at global brands, using your expertise to build confidence in Braze’s capabilities through tailored demonstrations, strategic storytelling, and technical validation.
- • Day to day, you will: deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical workshops that translate complex features into clear business outcomes; collaborate with sales executives to develop customized solutions for prospective customers in the German EMEA region; conduct discovery sessions to uncover customer pain points and map Braze’s capabilities to their marketing technology stack; respond to RFPs and security questionnaires with precise, technically accurate responses; support local and virtual events by presenting Braze’s thought leadership and product innovations; act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation; provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights and market trends; maintain deep knowledge of Braze’s platform, including BrazeAI™, cross-channel messaging, journey orchestration, and analytics; and travel as needed to customer sites, industry events, and internal meetings (average 3 days per week in office or field).
- • You will join a collaborative, high-performing Solutions Consulting team within Braze’s EMEA organization, known for blending technical depth with storytelling excellence to support rapid growth across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Pre-sales Consultant, preferably within SaaS, marketing technology, or enterprise software environments.
- • Strong storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences — from technical teams to C-suite executives — using clear, compelling narratives that translate complex concepts into business value.
- • Demonstrated experience selling into or supporting enterprise-level accounts, including familiarity with long sales cycles, stakeholder mapping, and technical validation processes.
- • Technical depth in two or more of the following areas: SaaS platforms, mobile applications, APIs, marketing automation, direct marketing, marketing analytics, or programming concepts.
- • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, thrive in fast-paced environments, and collaborate effectively as a team player while maintaining self-awareness and accountability.
- • Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal, to effectively support customers and internal stakeholders in the German-speaking EMEA region.
