- • Senior Solutions Consultant at Achievers Corporation is a strategic, client-facing role focused on driving adoption and maximizing value of the Achievers employee recognition and rewards platform for enterprise clients across EMEA. This role is critical to ensuring clients achieve measurable business outcomes — such as improved engagement, retention, and performance — by aligning the platform with their unique HR and people strategies. As a trusted advisor, the Senior Solutions Consultant partners with HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and senior stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize recognition programs that foster inclusive, high-performing cultures.
- • Day to day, the Senior Solutions Consultant will: conduct discovery workshops with prospective and existing clients to uncover business challenges and map them to Achievers’ solution capabilities; develop and deliver customized solution demonstrations, ROI models, and implementation roadmaps tailored to industry-specific needs (e.g., finance, tech, healthcare); partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure seamless handoff and post-sale success; lead client onboarding and configuration sessions, advising on best practices for program design, communication planning, and manager enablement; monitor client health metrics and usage data to proactively identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk; contribute to thought leadership by creating case studies, whitepapers, and webinars showcasing client success; and stay current on evolving HR trends, recognition best practices, and competitive landscape to continuously refine solution positioning.

- • In this role, the Senior Solutions Consultant will deepen expertise in enterprise HR technology sales, change management, and organizational psychology; develop advanced consulting and stakeholder management skills; gain exposure to global Fortune 500 clients and complex, multi-stakeholder implementations; build a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through people strategy; and position themselves as a trusted advisor in the growing employee experience and recognition technology market — opening pathways to leadership roles in solutions architecture, customer success, or HR tech consulting.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience (5+ years) in solutions consulting, enterprise sales, or HR technology implementation, preferably with SaaS platforms focused on employee engagement, recognition, or talent management.
- • Strong ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions, with experience delivering ROI-based presentations and facilitating workshops for C-suite and HR leadership audiences.
- • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and comfort presenting to diverse, multicultural stakeholders across EMEA.
