You will serve as a critical technical advisor to our Federal sales team, engaging directly with prospective customers to understand their unique cybersecurity challenges and demonstrate how our innovative Cyber Workforce Resilience Platform provides a tangible solution. This role is pivotal in driving the technical win by aligning our cutting-edge capabilities with the specific needs of government entities, ensuring they can effectively assess, build, and prove their cyber defenses.
• • Your primary responsibility will be to maintain an expert-level understanding of the Immersive Labs platform, its features, benefits, and underlying technology. This deep knowledge will enable you to articulate its value proposition compellingly to a diverse audience, ranging from C-level executives and senior cybersecurity leaders to hands-on technical practitioners within federal civilian agencies and military branches. You will be expected to stay abreast of competitor offerings and industry trends to position Immersive Labs as the superior choice.
• • A key aspect of this role involves identifying and meticulously defining customer requirements and use cases. Through in-depth discovery calls, workshops, and technical deep dives, you will uncover the specific pain points and strategic objectives of prospective clients. This understanding will allow you to tailor demonstrations and proof-of-concept (POC) engagements to showcase precisely how Immersive Labs can address their most pressing cyber workforce challenges, whether it's improving incident response capabilities, ensuring compliance with stringent government standards, or developing a more robust security posture against evolving threats.
• • You will be responsible for designing and delivering impactful solution demonstrations that resonate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This includes crafting compelling narratives that highlight the practical application of our platform in real-world scenarios, such as facilitating crisis simulations, building customized cyber skills development programs, and providing measurable insights into organizational risk. Your ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, business-oriented benefits will be crucial for securing customer buy-in.
• • Leading and managing proof-of-concept engagements will be a significant part of your role. You will work closely with prospective customers to define the scope, objectives, and success criteria for POCs, ensuring they are designed to deliver clear, demonstrable value. You will partner closely with the Federal sales team to develop and execute winning strategies for both net-new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
