  • • As a Senior Solutions Consultant (Integrations) at Loopio Inc., you will play a pivotal role in bridging technical feasibility with sales success by ensuring that complex integration requirements—such as CRM, SSO, APIs, and related workflows—are accurately scoped, validated, and positioned during the sales cycle, directly impacting deal velocity and customer satisfaction.
  • • You will partner closely with Account Executives and Solutions Consultants to support integration-heavy opportunities, providing expert guidance on technical feasibility, risk identification, and solution alignment to ensure what is sold can be successfully implemented post-sale.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with prospective customers to scope integration needs, delivering technical demos and walkthroughs, supporting complex trials and proof-of-concepts, and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to provide field feedback that shapes future product development.
  • • You will act as a trusted advisor during early-stage implementation, helping new customers troubleshoot integration approaches, clarify requirements, and maintain alignment between pre-sales design and post-sales delivery.
  • • A key part of your role involves building and maintaining internal knowledge assets—including documentation, demo assets, and playbooks—while enabling the broader Solutions Consulting team through knowledge sharing and mentorship on integration best practices.
  • • You will collaborate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to reduce gaps between sales commitments and implementation outcomes, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role such as solution consulting, technical sales, or implementations, preferably within B2B SaaS
  • • Proven experience working with CRM integrations (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics), SSO protocols (SAML, Okta, Google SSO), and API-based workflows
  • • Demonstrated ability to scope, assess, and communicate integration requirements clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • • Strong problem-solving skills with experience navigating ambiguous technical scenarios and validating solutions through proof-of-concepts, pilots, or trials
  • • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of building trust and credibility with customers and internal teams
  • • Ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent opportunities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes
