- • As a Senior Solutions Consultant at New Relic, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers unlock the full value of the company’s observability platform by bridging technical expertise with business needs, enabling organizations to optimize their digital applications in an AI-first world.
- • Day to day, you will collaborate with sales, technical account managers, and support teams to deliver tailored New Relic solutions, create compelling customer presentations and proof-of-concept demos, provide technical guidance during sales cycles, and represent the company at events through speaking engagements and training sessions.
- • You will join a global team of innovators dedicated to advancing observability technology, working within a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning, where technical backgrounds are welcomed and supported through comprehensive onboarding and enablement programs.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise sales motions, cloud-native architectures, and observability use cases while developing strong consultative and presentation skills, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor who helps customers solve complex infrastructure and application challenges using New Relic’s platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Pre-sales Engineer, Technical Consultant/Architect, Systems Administrator, or Software Developer, with proven ability to engage clients in project or sales contexts
- • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, demonstrating practical understanding of cloud infrastructure and services
- • Proficiency in reading and writing English at a level sufficient for effective communication with global team members via Slack, email, and other collaboration tools
- • Strong interest in emerging technologies and a self-driven approach to staying current with industry advancements through active learning and experimentation
