- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Qualified Inc. (now part of Salesforce), you will serve as a technical leader and trusted advisor in the Go-to-Market team, driving customer success through expert product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution design that aligns with business goals.
- • Day to day, you will deliver ~15 customized product demonstrations and technical workshops weekly, conduct deep technical discovery with prospects, translate customer needs into Qualified solutions, collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy, respond to security questionnaires, and act as the voice of the customer by aggregating feedback for Product and Engineering teams.
- • You will join a high-impact GTM team at Salesforce, working alongside top-tier Account Executives, Success Architects, and Support teams in a mission-driven environment focused on AI-powered CRM innovation and workforce transformation in the agentic era.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in Salesforce architecture, marketing automation, and data enrichment; sharpen your technical presentation and storytelling skills; influence product roadmap through customer insights; and grow as a strategic technical advisor capable of guiding complex enterprise deals.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor's Degree
- • 5+ years of relevant Solutions Engineering experience
- • Experience in Salesforce CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment
- • Excellent communication skills and polished presenter with ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- • Proven experience delivering pragmatic solutions to complex customer requirements that win deals
- • Bonus: Documented programming experience (frontend/backend; Apex a plus)
