- • Partner with Commercial Sales and Customer Success teams to deliver technical presentations that clearly explain ClickUp’s product suite, integrations, and AI-powered workflows to prospective and current clients.
- • Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific Proof of Concept (PoC) projects tailored to demonstrate value and drive adoption of ClickUp’s platform.
- • Resolve complex technical issues faced by commercial clients, including data migration challenges and system integration conflicts.
- • Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for client management teams to visualize workflows, productivity metrics, and operational insights.
- • Assist in the technical and functional preparation of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), ensuring accurate representation of ClickUp’s capabilities and compliance with client requirements.
- • Maintain and update demo environments to reflect the latest product features, ensuring sales teams have access to current, accurate, and compelling demonstrations.
- • Implement custom automation solutions using platforms such as Unito, Workato, Zapier, and Integromat to enable seamless cross-app integrations and workflow orchestration.
- • Leverage AI platforms to design and deploy agentic workflows involving autonomous agents for multi-step decisioning, task orchestration, and enterprise-scale productivity improvements.
- • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs, align technical solutions with business objectives, and coordinate implementation timelines across Sales, Success, and Engineering.
- • Stay current with all new ClickUp feature releases and proactively update knowledge bases, training materials, and demo configurations to support internal teams.
- • Support clients through all phases of adoption, including onboarding, configuration, and ongoing optimization, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- • Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and communication in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- • Serve as a trusted technical advisor to both technical and executive stakeholders, influencing purchasing and adoption decisions through clear, compelling communication.
- • Support clients in Pacific and Mountain time zones, requiring alignment with their business hours and availability for virtual meetings and on-site support as needed.
- • Apply deep understanding of cloud transformation, change management, and organizational adoption strategies to guide clients through digital workflow transitions.
- • Identify opportunities to upsell and expand accounts by uncovering additional use cases for ClickUp’s converged workspace, including AI-powered search, docs, chat, calendar, and task management features.
- • Maintain a creative and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, leveraging technical aptitude to build lightweight custom solutions without requiring full engineering intervention.
- • Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay client feedback, prioritize feature requests, and ensure customer insights inform product development.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally in pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement
- • 2+ years demonstrable success working with commercial clients
- • Bachelor of Science in a technical field (preferred); completion of a 4-year degree required
- • Hands-on experience with integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs
- • Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms, including autonomous agents for task orchestration and cross-app integrations
- • Strong customer-facing skills with ability to influence technical and executive audiences
