- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the DACH region, you will serve as a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers, leading discovery sessions and guiding them through technical, security, integration, and compliance considerations to ensure successful adoption of Mural’s platform.
- • You will cultivate deep product expertise, partner with Account Executives to conduct business value-oriented discovery, and deliver compelling demonstrations that showcase outcomes tailored to customer needs.
- • You will build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in IT, Procurement, Security, Legal, and Compliance, acting as a reliable advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in Security & Compliance, Product Management, Engineering, and Legal to respond to RFPs and security questionnaires, ensuring solutions meet enterprise-grade standards.
- • You will operate autonomously within CET, occasionally traveling across EMEA for key engagements, while communicating fluently in German and English to support complex enterprise discussions.
- • This role is vital to Mural’s mission of being 'built for your Enterprise,' enabling secure, scalable, and practical adoption of its platform by sophisticated DACH customers with rigorous procurement and compliance requirements.
- • You will grow your expertise in enterprise SaaS solutions, security frameworks like GDPR, and technical sales, positioning yourself as a strategic advisor at the intersection of technology and business.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7 years of experience in solutions/sales engineering and technical implementation
- • Fluent (C1/C2 or native-level) German and professional-level English, with ability to lead discovery sessions and deliver demonstrations in both languages
- • Deep understanding of SaaS product design, implementation, and integration, including experience with RESTful APIs
- • Experience navigating enterprise security, compliance, and legal environments, including familiarity with GDPR and related data protection standards
- • Exceptional written communication skills with strong attention to detail for technical documentation, RFP responses, and security questionnaires
- • Comfortable working primarily within CET and willingness to travel occasionally within EMEA for customer engagements
