  • In this critical role, you will be the technical bridge between our prospective enterprise clients and Quiq's powerful AI platform. You will dive deep into complex customer needs, architecting and demonstrating bespoke AI-driven solutions that address their most pressing customer service and engagement challenges.
  • Your primary focus will be on designing, prototyping, and refining AI solutions tailored for enterprise contact centers and customer experience (CX) departments. This involves understanding intricate business processes, identifying opportunities for AI integration, and translating those opportunities into tangible, high-impact technical proposals and demonstrations.
  • You will work closely with our Sales and Product teams, acting as a trusted advisor to both prospects and internal stakeholders. This includes conducting in-depth technical discovery sessions, performing competitive analysis, and providing expert guidance on how Quiq's AI capabilities can deliver significant ROI and operational efficiencies.
  • A key aspect of your role will be hands-on solution design and prototyping. You will leverage your technical acumen to build proof-of-concepts (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) that showcase the power and flexibility of Quiq's AI platform in real-world scenarios.
  • You will be responsible for understanding and articulating the technical architecture of Quiq's solutions, including integrations with existing enterprise systems such as CRM, contact center platforms (CCaaS), and other relevant business applications.
  • This role demands a deep understanding of the enterprise contact center landscape, including common workflows, pain points, and emerging trends. You should be adept at discussing topics such as intelligent virtual agents (IVAs), chatbots, agent assist tools, conversational analytics, and omnichannel customer journeys.
  • You will play a pivotal role in the sales cycle, from initial qualification and technical deep dives to proposal development and final presentations. Your ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences will be essential for success.
  • Beyond individual prospect engagements, you will contribute to the broader product strategy by providing valuable feedback from the field, highlighting customer needs, and identifying areas for product enhancement or new feature development.
  • You will also be instrumental in developing and refining best practices for solution design, implementation, and customer onboarding, ensuring that Quiq's solutions are not only technically sound but also deliver exceptional value and user satisfaction.
  • This is a remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States, while collaborating with a dynamic and globally distributed team.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical pre-sales role, with a strong focus on enterprise software solutions.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise contact center operations, customer experience (CX) strategies, and common industry challenges.
  • Hands-on experience with AI, machine learning, natural language processing (NLP), or chatbot development platforms.
  • Ability to design, prototype, and present complex technical solutions to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
