- • As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Fieldguide, you will serve as the primary solution lead for enterprise customers in financial audit, cybersecurity, and privacy markets, driving product adoption and revenue growth by aligning technical expertise with customer needs.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives to understand prospect challenges, leading product demonstrations and technical validations during Proof of Value phases, managing customer objections, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to influence roadmap and ensure successful onboarding.
- • Fieldguide is a remote-first, early-stage startup backed by top-tier investors, dedicated to automating assurance and audit work to build trust in global commerce; the team values inclusivity, humility, and mutual growth, offering a culture where your contributions directly shape the future of audit practitioners’ work-life balance.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, financial audit processes, and product-led growth, while developing leadership skills through creating training content, mentoring teammates, and influencing product strategy based on real-world customer insights.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of hands-on customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience with a proven track record in persuading and influencing SaaS deals
- • 3+ years of experience in financial audit at a public accounting firm
- • Demonstrated ability to deliver product demonstrations to C-suite executives with poise, confidence, and strong executive presence
- • Excellent speaking, presentation, and networking skills in complex business environments
- • Working knowledge of at least one leading CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- • Preferred: Industry knowledge of assurance and advisory services, with exposure to cybersecurity or regulatory standards
